Shipping and delivery methods
On normal days, your orders will arrive to you in the shortest possible time, following the usual procedures. However, during special occasions such as festivals, busy days, or special occasions, delivery timing may vary and may be slightly delayed depending on the method and destination.
Fast service and on-site payment
By offering fast shipping options and on-site payment, Armitage aims to bring you a different and more convenient shopping experience.
For Tehran residents
Your orders in Tehran will be delivered to the desired location based on the time frame selected when placing the order. Delivery is possible on all days of the week.
For Karaj customers
In Karaj, delivery time is based on the arrangements made and depending on the time the order is placed, it may be the same day or the next day.
In other cities
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days (Saturday through Wednesday) will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after this time or on holidays will be processed on the first business day following.
Important points:
- In order to improve the delivery process, the delivery location has now been changed to the main door of the building (facing the street). This decision was made based on complaints and restrictions on entry to the buildings, in order to provide the best possible service while respecting privacy and laws.
- Shipping costs to other cities are calculated according to postal tariffs.
- If paying in advance, the recipient must have a valid ID card.
- When receiving the goods, the number of invoice items should be checked and confirmed with the delivered contents.
- To avoid problems, it is recommended to check the physical condition of the goods in the presence of the recipient and refuse to deliver them if there are any defects. Delivery of the goods means confirming their condition.
- Delivery to public places such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, and similar places is not possible, and the address must be accurate and reliable.
International and domestic shipping
For orders outside Tehran, we use the Pishtaz Post service. After the goods are delivered to the post office, the approximate delivery time of the package is between 24 and 72 business hours, depending on the destination.
Costs and payments
In cases where the customer is responsible for shipping, the cost will be included in the invoice and any additional charges at the time of delivery will be considered a violation. If you observe such violations, please notify us via email at info@armitagecompany.com.
Bulky and heavy loads
For large and heavy goods, especially when shipping to cities, the shipping cost is calculated on a cash on delivery basis (payment upon delivery).
