Payment methods
- Payment via online portal
All Armitage users can pay for their order online when placing an order, through the Saman and Parsian Banks’ online portal on the Armitage website or through their personal Internet bank panel, and register it in the payment section of the shopping cart. Successful payment of the amount constitutes a definitive registration of this payment for the order and there is no need to notify it, and the order will automatically enter the preparation and shipping stages.
Please note that the recipient of the order must have an identification card with them when receiving the goods.
It should be noted that online payment creates priority and speeds up the processing of users’ orders.
- How to pay online: Dear users of the Armitage website can pay for their order using all bank cards that are members of the Shetab network. Currently, online shopping is possible with the cards of Melli, Saderat, Parsian, Saman, Eghtesad Novin, Pasargad, Mellat, Keshavarzi, Toshe Saderat, Sanat va Mine, Sina Bank, and Karafarin. When paying online, you will be asked for the following information. After entering it and confirming the payment, you will be notified of the success of your payment operation.
- 16-digit card number: This number is included on the card of all banks.
- Online shopping password or second password: To make online payments, you must have previously activated the second password (online purchase password) for your bank card.
- Second password (Internet shopping password): It is different from the password you enter when using ATMs. Some banks, such as Saman Bank, usually deliver the Internet password when issuing the card, but most banks do not have an Internet shopping password when delivering the card. To activate the Internet shopping password, you can go to the ATM of the bank that issued your card, insert your card, and select the password operation section. Then, in the Second Password or Internet Password section, select your password.
- CVV2 code: This code is a 3- or 4-digit number that is printed on the back or on bank cards and is used as a security code in online payments. This code is engraved on the cards of Mellat, Saderat, Pasargad, Saman, Parsian, etc. as a 3-digit number, or on some cards, such as Bank Melli, it is 4-digit.
- Expiration Date: The expiration date is also printed on most bank cards. If your card does not have an expiration date, you can use the number 12 for the month and 99 for the year of the card’s expiration.
- Payment at the point of delivery
Dear users, we recommend that you make your payment online to expedite the processing of your order. However, for the convenience of those customers who wish to pay for their order upon receipt, Armitage has also provided the option to pay for the order upon receipt using one of the following methods if the delivery address is Tehran.
It should be noted that orders that are sent via courier or whose amount exceeds thirty million rials must be settled via online payment before being sent.
- Payment by bank card at the point of delivery
Since all Armitage delivery agents carry mobile card readers (POS), you can pay using Shetab network member cards when you deliver your order on site.
- Cash payment at the point of delivery
For the greater convenience of those customers who wish to pay for their order in cash, Armitage has also provided the option of paying cash on site.
- Card to card payment
Users who do not have the option of paying online through Armitage Gateway or paying on site can pay their order card to card using the card numbers listed in this section. To pay card to card, you can use ATM machines (bank tellers) or online card to card. However, paying through the Armitage website’s online payment gateway is easier and faster due to its high level of automation, and Armitage recommends that you use this method for payment.
