What is the best price guarantee?
We guarantee that the products offered at Armitage are genuine, of the highest quality, and the cheapest price compared to other physical and online stores across the country. If, after purchasing from Armitage, you find that another store is offering the same product under the same conditions and at a lower price, you can submit a request to use the “Best Price Guarantee” and, if approved, you will receive the full price difference from us.
What are the conditions?
To submit a Best Price Guarantee request, the following conditions must be considered:
- Same model: Products must be identical in terms of technical features, color, features, and capabilities.
- Genuine Goods: Since all goods available at Armitage are genuine, requests for non-genuine goods will be rejected.
- Original and identical warranty: The products being compared must have the same original and identical warranty and after-sales service, because the type and quality of different warranty services also affects their price.
- Given the official nature of Armitage invoices, the invoice from the physical or online store being compared must also be official and have an economic code and 9% value-added tax.
- Original accessories in factory packaging: Armitage delivers all accessories and parts provided by the manufacturer to the customer without any changes or deficiencies. Therefore, products offered in other stores will be comparable if they come with original and quality accessories and parts.
- The same conditions apply to products that have a production or expiration date, including the use-by date.
- Authorized stores and websites: The price comparison reference must be an authorized store and website with an electronic trust symbol from the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade.
- The item must be available for sale: The item must be available for purchase on the site or store in question at the time of submitting the request to Armitage.
- Since the goal of this plan is to ensure the customer is buying at the best price, if a discount has been applied to the Armitage price due to purchasing from sales festivals or using a voucher, the comparison criterion is the final and finished price that the customer pays.
- Due to the need for the comparison conditions to be identical, if including items such as shipping costs or value-added tax changes the initial price announced by the seller or online store being compared, the criterion for comparing Armitage’s prices will be the final amount paid by the buyer.
How to send a request?
Send the following documents, along with your order code, to info@armitagecompany.com:
- The store’s pro forma invoice in the form of a photo or scanned file, the pro forma invoice must:
- It should include the store name, contact information, store address and seal, buyer’s name, date and validity period of the pro forma invoice, product information, and the name of the related warranty.
- The email must be valid and the product must be available and available for purchase in that store within 24 hours of the customer sending the email.
- Only for the same product individually.
2. In online stores, it is sufficient to send the address of the online store and a direct link to the page of the product being compared to the specified email address. Obviously, if links are given to price comparison reference websites, the sent email cannot be checked.
When should you apply?
Customer requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the order is invoiced. The request will be reviewed within 3 business days. After submitting the inquiry and if the lower price is confirmed, we will deposit the excess amount paid into the person’s account.
Rules
Armitage reserves the right to refuse any request for any violation or attempt to abuse this scheme. Armitage may change the terms of the Best Price Guarantee or discontinue it at any time at its sole discretion.
