Warranty and return of goods

All Armitage rules comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the E-Commerce Law, and the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and naturally, the user is also obligated to comply with the laws related to the user. We hope that by providing the possibility of returns, you will make your purchase with more peace of mind.

General conditions for returning goods

  • If the defect in the order is detectable upon delivery, for example, the carton is damaged or deformed before delivery, do not accept the product. Remember that if the defect is detectable at the door, the product should not be accepted and is not eligible for returns.
  • Any tampering with the product, including use, tampering with or opening the seal, or tearing the label, will prevent you from canceling the purchase or returning the product. Therefore, before opening and using the product, pay attention to the expiration date, whether the product matches the order, and other matters.
  • After the warehouse receives the goods, the quality control department examines the item reported by the user. If the goods are correct and the problem reported is found, the goods will be replaced or the money will be refunded. Otherwise, the goods will be sent back to the customer.
  • Returning the product is only possible by informing support and their approval. Please note that any costs and consequences if the product is returned without notification are the responsibility of the user.
  • The cost of returning products that the user wishes to return on their own initiative is the responsibility of the user.
  • Exchange of returned goods is only possible if the goods are available in the central warehouse. Otherwise, the cost will be refunded after the goods are returned.

Returning a defective product

If you notice any of the following after your order is delivered and you intend to return it, you must contact Armitage Customer Support (phone number: 08642422690-08642422043) within 3 business days and make the necessary arrangements for the return, then return the product to us.

The following items are included in the return of goods:

  1. The product is physically damaged, deformed, or of poor appearance quality.
  2. The item was shipped incorrectly.

If the return is approved, a replacement product will be sent to you or the purchase price will be refunded.
