Definition of customer or user

A user is someone who places an order or uses Armitage Company services by entering correct information in the registration form. Also, since the Armitage site is an online store, according to the Commercial Law, a customer or consumer is any person who makes a purchase for non-commercial and personal purposes.

By using Armitage Company’s services, you agree that electronic communications, such as placing orders, sending emails, text messages, and other correspondence, will be conducted electronically and that the company will provide the necessary responses through these methods if necessary. The addresses registered in the profile are the only official and approved addresses of the user and all correspondence will be conducted through them.

Registering and processing orders

• Orders are processed Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Requests placed during business hours will be processed as quickly as possible.
• After registration, orders are sent via pre-invoice email and placed in the processing queue. If the product is out of stock, the company reserves the right to cancel the order or replace it with another product.
• In the event of any problems in the final processing of the order, the payment amount will be returned to the user’s account within 48 business hours.
• The Company may, without prior notice, suspend or limit sales or process previously placed orders.
• In case of an error in pricing, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded. The user accepts these things by placing an order.
• Users are required to enter correct and complete information in the order form. The company is not liable for incorrect information.
• If you need to issue an official invoice in the name of your organization, you must complete the “Legal Information” option when placing your order. It is not possible to change the address or details after confirmation.
• Delivery of goods to public places such as coffee shops and hotels is not possible, and the address must be accurate and valid.
• If you use discount codes or vouchers, it is not possible to change the order after finalizing it.
• Orders are delivered to your door, but adding a product to the cart does not constitute a reservation and price or availability may change until finalized.

Responsibility in transportation

Armitage Company makes every effort to deliver the goods to the customer safely. The responsibility for any damage or loss during transportation lies with the shipping company and you must notify the after-sales service within 24 hours of receipt. In case of a problem, relevant documents must be provided.
